Adrien Rabiot nearing new Juventus contract

Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot is nearing the possibility of signing a new deal at the club.

Rabiot had signed a short-term deal at the end of last season and that was done to make sure that he didn’t leave the club on a free transfer last summer.

La Gazzetta dello Sport (via TMW) report that Rabiot has decided to continue his adventure at the Bianconeri, but for another season this time despite the fact that he could have headed to the Premier League to earn a much higher wage.

The likelihood is that Juve will hand him a new deal till the summer of 2025 and contact with his entourage has already taken place in recent weeks. He will earn €8 million per season in his new deal and that is the same amount he is currently earning.

His renewal will be made official later and in the meantime, Max Allegri trusts the Frenchman a lot because of how he has performed since last season and how he has donned a leadership role at the club.
