Milan having second thoughts in move for Stuttgart’s Serhou Guirassy

Milan will soon make fresh contact in their approach to land Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy, but they have second thoughts about signing the player.

The Rossoneri have been linked with the possibility of signing a striker this summer and Guirassy is a name that they have been interested in for some weeks, with the striker impressing in front of goal for Stuttgart.

Sky Italia state that Milan are already in contact with Stuttgart regarding a move for the 27-year-old and fresh contacts between the two clubs will take place by this weekend and the Rossoneri are talking about how they could structure the payment of the striker’s release clause.

While the move is currently still in progress, Milan are making considerations about whether they should sign the player right away or wait till the summer.

That is because Luka Jovic’s re-emergence has made the club think that they might not need a striker, especially because Guirassy leaves for the AFCON next month. With Noah Okafor and Samuel Chukwueze out, they are considering whether signing a winger should be of more importance or not.
