Romelu Lukaku pushes for Inter Milan transfer and does not want to report back for Chelsea pre-season training

The following summer, he was loaned back to Inter in an embarrassing mishap, where he has scored 10 Serie A goals in 25 appearances. The Nerazzurri are keen on keeping the 30-year-old on a permanent basis but are waiting for funds from Onana’s impending move to United. The Red Devils are expected to complete a deal for the Cameroon international worth in the region of £50m. And Inter plan on utilising those funds to sign Lukaku, while a move for Onana to Old Trafford is expected to be completed this week. The Belgian finished runners-up with Inter last season in the Champions League, which they lost to Manchester City.

Romelu Lukaku is pushing Chelsea to sell him to Inter Milan this summer after two bids were rejected, talkSPORT understands.
