SEATTLE — Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Cade Johnson was released from the hospital one day after sustaining head and neck injuries in Thursday’s preseason game against the Minnesota Vikings, according to the team. Johnson is still in concussion protocol. During the matchup at Lumen Field, Johnson was tackled during a kickoff return in the second quarter with about 11 minutes left. The 25-year-old took a hard fall but was able to get up and keep playing.
