Tottenham are now interested in potentially loaning out midfielder Pierre-Emile Højbjerg to Juventus.
Juve have been linked with a move for the Danish midfielder for a while, as they look to bolster their midfield after having lost Paul Pogba and Nicolo Fagioli.
Mirko di Natale has now reported that there is an opening in Juve’s move for the 28-year-old. Spurs have opened up to the possibility of loaning out the midfielder, but they would have to sign a midfielder before letting the ex-Southampton player depart next month.
Juve have already been in touch with intermediries for about three months and Spurs will only let the player leave, if Juve offer an obligation to buy for the loan deal. The English giants would like an obligation to buy of about €30 million inserted in the loan deal, as of now.
Spurs will lose Yves Bissouma and Pape Sarr in January due to AFCON and it remains to be seen how they react in the market.
