The Celtics are overwhelming favorites to win the Eastern Conference at -230. Their chances have been buoyed by the first round elimination of the Milwaukee Bucks coupled with the knee injury to Joel Embiid. The Celtics are the biggest favorites to win the championship at +130. In the Western Conference, the Warriors are narrowly the favorites at +195, followed by the Denver Nuggets at +210, Phoenix Suns at +280 and Los Angeles Lakers at +440.
