Inter set for meeting with Chelsea for Romelu Lukaku

Inter will soon meet Chelsea over their move for Romelu Lukaku and are set to propose an initial loan deal to the London side.

La Gazzetta dello Sport report today that after Piero Ausilio’s first trip to London, Inter realised that they can’t offer a dry loan deal once again. They have been very encouraged by Lukaku resisting attempts from the Middle East and not opening up to the possibility of joining Milan. In fact, he wants to help Inter sign him.

In the next meeting involving the two clubs, Inter will offer an initial loan deal worth €5 million but the real talking point will be the option to buy inserted in the offer. Inter will not spend more than €30 million for it, whereas Chelsea want it to be at 40 million.

The Belgian is currently on vacation in Sardinia but he is also accompanied there by a personal fitness trainer. He is expecting Inter to do their bit for the move.
