Unfortunately, Ramsey’s injury has ruled him out for the remainder of the tournament, leaving England with a selection headache.

The 22-year-old won’t play against Israel or in the final, should the Young Lions make it.

After the Portugal match, Carsley confirmed Ramsey was doubtful.
