Milan and Chelsea reach agreement for Christian Pulisic

Milan and Chelsea have now finally reached an agreement over a fee for American winger Christian Pulisic.

Negotiations between the two clubs were ongoing for some weeks and Daniele Longo reports that there is now an agreement over a fee.

Milan will pay a fee of €20m including bonuses and the details of the move are now being sorted out. The documents are now being exchanged and finalised ahead of the move.

Pulisic’s willingness to join Milan has proved vital as he rejected Lyon, which forced Chelsea to peg back the French side’s offer. Pulisic currently has a Croatian passport, making sure that Milan could yet sign a non-EU player for the remaining slot and that could well be Samuel Chukwueze.

A four-year deal is ready for the American and an agreement over personal terms already exists.
