West Ham to attempt move for Torino’s Perr Schuurs

Premier League side West Ham are interested in signing Torino defender Perr Schuurs and they could make a cash plus player move for the Dutchman this summer.

Schuurs has already been linked with a host of clubs across Europe and that includes multiple Serie A sides and Newcastle United. But it seems as if the list of potential suitors for him is already growing.

La Stampa (via TMW) have reported about the situation of the Dutch defender, as the axis involving Il Toro and the Hammers is gaining prominence in recent days because of Nikola Vlasic. His loan stint in Turin from West Ham has now ended, but Torino want to sign him once again.

But the Hammers are keen on signing Schuurs and Vlasic could be offered in a potential deal for the 23-year-old. The London outfit are looking to make a €20 million offer and add Vlasic in the move, with Torino already having identified Udinese’s Rodrigo Becao as a replacement, with the defender leaving the Friuli-based side.
