Milan make contact for Juventus’ Andrea Cambiaso

Serie A giants Milan are keen on signing Juventus full-back Andre Cambiaso and have made contact for the player.

Cambiaso had done well in his loan stint at Bologna last season and Juve had even tried to bring him back in January, but the attempt failed.

Sky Italia state that the Rossoneri continue to look for a back-up to Theo Hernandez, with Fode Ballo-Toure expected to depart the club this summer. In their chase for a left-back, they have now made contact for Cambiaso and the Rossoneri have spoken to the Italian’s entourage.

As things stand, Juve want a fee of €25 million for the defender, who is also subject of interest of Tottenham and the Lilywhites have also spoken to his agents about a potential move. For Milan, the asking price is said to be quite high but they want an Italian to fill the slot of a rotation option at full-back.
